The Trails Homeowners Association, Inc., is a vibrant, deed-restricted residential community in Ormond Beach, Florida. Located just minutes from the beach and downtown, The Trails offers a unique blend of tranquility, convenience, and recreational living, where natural beauty meets exceptional amenities.

Established in 1975, The Trails is nestled among beautiful tree-lined streets, scenic walking paths, and serene natural landscapes that highlight the charm of Old Florida living. Our community is known for its lush canopy of mature oaks, miles of scenic walking and biking trails, and well-maintained common areas that invite residents to enjoy the outdoors year-round. 

Our Association is committed to preserving the peaceful atmosphere, aesthetic appeal, and long-term property values of our neighborhood. We manage and maintain community amenities including a private clubhouse, a hub for seasonal, social events, and resident gatherings, along with a resort-style pool, and an extensive network of trails enjoyed by walkers, joggers, and cyclists alike.

Led by a volunteer Board of Directors and supported by professional management, The Trails HOA ensures that residents benefit from a well-maintained environment, responsive communication, and a strong, shared sense of pride in our community and neighborhood connection. We are focused on maintaining high standards, enhancing property values, and ensuring the community remains a place that residents are proud to call home.
